Our Beginning:

Going back to an earlier time, at an advertising company in Toronto, Canada, there once was a small team of talented marketers, that were unique people individually, but all had one skill set in common...Selling. The products we were selling, were exclusive vouchers consisting of pampering services, that enabled new customers to try out Spas & Salons for a great price. These vouchers were pitched and sold, publicly face to face, as we travelled to many beautiful cities all over Canada and the USA... Sales were booming, opportunities seemed limitless, and the future seemed bright...

A Realization:                                                                       
A new understanding was soaking in, after a few years of travelling and marketing, that the demand for wellness & beauty services, are only growing into the future. I was thinking of better ways, of getting the product out to people, with less manpower, and my ideas were beginning to bloom. I learned from the whole experience, that marketing and selling, is the lifeline for any business. Marketing's all about how the delivery of a quality product is executed, to the people. Everything learned so far, I knew all could be done on a bigger level, and a vision came together in my head...

The Vision:

This entire fragmented industry, needed a solid online platform of wellness and beauty services, organized into memorable categories. These categories will enable quality spas & salons, to connect each relevant service they provide, for their city. Each provider gets their own profile to showcase, not only all of their services, but also all of their strengths, that make their business unique, so they can grow online. This will level the playing field, for a marketplace in demand. It then, needs to be easy for any consumer, to not only find the best value of services they need in their city, but also to purchase them securely and quickly, from their own account. Connecting consumers to providers will be done in just a few simple clicks, and that's when ClickaSpa was born...

A New Platform for All:                          

We’re proud to introduce our new ClickaSpa platform that connects quality services to anyone, using a smartphone, tablet or computer. Search by any service and/or city to find a provider close by. Services can now be purchased directly from the Spa Provider in voucher form that can be enjoyed by the buyer, or gifted to someone else. Universal gift cards can be purchased and redeemed for any service in the marketplace. Customers can post reviews, and even share their favourite services and experiences in their social media. We're uniting providers and customers in one easy place.

To serve and take care of each customer is our top priority. Our goal is to provide a pleasurable experience for our customers, from the search, right to the experience of their wellness service. All providers in our marketplace, are carefully selected, to maintain a high quality standard for all customers. We are open listeners, and invite regular customer reviewing and feedback to all our partners who are making this possible.
